Jose Diaz-Gomez provides a range of care services, including performing echocardiography-guided invasive procedures. He also completes physical examinations and orders and interprets diagnostic and laboratory tests. Throughout his career, Dr. Diaz-Gomez has conducted research and presented findings in the area of critical care echocardiography and Point-of-Care Ultrasonography (POCUS) in numerous publications. In 2021, he co-authored the paper “Assessing Competence in Critical Care Echocardiography: Development and Initial Results of Examination and Certification Processes,” which appeared in the Critical Care Medicine journal.
