How to change shutter Priority: On the top of the camera there is a little knob with many settings. The most common ones are M, A, S, and P. The capital S is the one for Shutter Speed.
2. When shutter speed is changed: When shutter speed is increased the blurs will become smaller and details are more clean cut. When the shutter Speed is faster the lighting tends to get darker as well. The slower the shutter speed, the more the blur. 
3.When to use shutter priority: I would love to take pictures on shutter priority during field hockey, using fast shutter speed.
