The approach used by Generation Genius is to watch a narrated/hosted video demonstration or lesson, review study materials that contain appropriate graphics and text, generate discussions, and take a quiz or other knowledge check to ensure concepts are learned. The ability to front load content also exists by adding a vocabulary section to review first. The interactivity and ability to turn learning into a game is a great way to aid in content absorption. The step by step methods used also create natural segmentation points that can prevent cognitive overload in the student.
