The two pie charts compare people’s opinion about job creation by AI and show in which company levels these new jobs are happening.

Overall, the first chart shows that most people believe AI is creating new jobs, and the second one shows that most of these jobs are for staff members and managers.

Looking closer to the first chart, it's clear that 83% of people think AI is creating new roles. Only 17% believe it’s not. This means many people see AI not only like a risk for jobs, but also as a way to create more opportunities.

In the second chart, the biggest part (the magenta one) shows that 41% of new jobs are for managers. Then the purple part, with 18%, is for directors. This suggests that AI is not only creating simple jobs but also important roles in the company. Other levels like staff members (15%) and C-suite (7%) are also being impacted by these changes.

In conclusion, most people believe AI is helping to create new roles in companies, especially at middle and high levels. This shows that AI is changing the way businesses work and creating new career paths for professionals.

An example of this is the behavior from the graph for April, where it again falls by 20% as we reviewed in February.

In conclusion, while engagement levels remain below optimal, the slight improvement in May, as we can see in the graph, has been recognized as a step in the right direction, reinforcing the value of continuous emotional intelligence management.

Environmental Challenges in Colombia's Forests: Focus on Illegal Mining

The graph above, which is a combination of a bar and line chart, shows the amount of mining-related deforestation detected inside and outside titled areas between 2001 and 2014. The blue bars represent mining inside titled areas, while the red bars show deforestation caused by mining outside titled zones. The green line indicates how much land was officially titled over the years.

During this period, mining inside titled areas increased from 500 hectares in 2003 to nearly 25,000 hectares in 2011, especially after 2007. In contrast, mining outside titled areas decreased in 2006 to around 4,500 hectares, but started increasing again, reaching 9,000 hectares in 2011.

Overall, from 2001 to 2014, mining inside titled areas increased significantly, with a sharp rise after 2007. Although mining outside titled areas also grew, it remained relatively lower until around 2013, when it began to rise more steeply.

In conclusion, the data suggests that mining activities increasingly shifted into titled areas over time, likely influenced by land titling policies and legal access to resources. While titled zones experienced a major rise in deforestation due to mining, untitled areas also saw a growing impact toward the end of the period, indicating broader pressures on forested land regardless of legal status.

In the previous bar chart, we can see how the use of artificial intelligence has changed over recent years, showing a true exponential increase in its daily use by everyday people

In the past ten years, the use of artificial intelligence by everyday people has grown significantly. In 2015, only about 10% of individuals used AI in daily life through virtual assistants, personalized recommendations, or facial recognition. This number has steadily increased, reaching 50% in 2023 and is projected to reach 65% by 2025. This growth is due to AI being integrated into mobile devices, social media platforms, streaming services, transportation apps, and more

While AI makes many daily tasks easier, it also raises important challenges such as data privacy, equal access, and transparency in its use. Additionally, a significant portion of the population still does not use AI, highlighting technological and social barriers that need to be addressed to ensure ethical and responsible AI use

According to authors, virtual reality has emerged as an innovative tool in the field of physical rehabilitation, offering an immersive approach to improve motor function and quality of life for patients. However, the effectiveness of Virtual Reality compared to other rehabilitation methods is still under study

With this in mind, evaluating both virtual reality (VR) and conventional therapy, the following is evident.

Mobility Improvement:

VR shows higher performance (85%) compared to conventional therapy (70%).

Immersive environments encourage more engaging and functional movements.

Pain Reduction:

Results are relatively close, with VR slightly ahead (78% vs. 75%).

The immersive distraction of VR can reduce the perception of pain.

Treatment Adherence:

VR greatly outperforms conventional therapy (92% vs. 65%).

Game-like elements and real-time feedback keep patients engaged.

Patient Motivation:

VR reaches an impressive 95% compared to only 60% with traditional therapy.

Patients report enjoying their sessions more and feeling more enthusiastic.

Recovery Speed:

VR also performs better here (80% vs. 72%).

This is likely linked to increased motivation and adherence.

In conclusion, virtual reality is a promising tool in physical rehabilitation, effective in motivating the patient more in their rehabilitation, so that they have greater adherence to treatment and can actively participate, although it is important to keep in mind that it is a complementary tool with conventional therapy, but does not replace it, therefore it is better to use a combined approach of both.
