         <description><![CDATA[<p>The importance of being active and outside is that, you will be very healthy if you play outside and play lots of sports also to many people are on there phones 24-7 and that is not good for your health. There is nothing wrong with going outside and playing with your friends unless you have allergies to pollen like me and I hate it, but if you get lots of fresh air you'll be just fine.                     :)</p>]]></description>

Instead, think of going outside for at least 30 minutes a day or working out playing with your friends and having fun. Being physically active is not only good for your health, but also your lifestyle! Going outside can help maintain a healthy body. With 30 minutes every day can help you strengthen your body. Being physically active can also improve your mental health. Firstly, maintaining a healthy body is good for you and your health. It helps to keep your body younger and stronger. Second of all, you can strengthen your body while having fun. there are a lot of sports that could help with that. Lastly going outside can help your mental health by taking things off your mind and just having fun. These are only 3 reasons why its important to be physically active.</p>]]></description>

It can ruin your mental health because if you are active you you can be more healthy and think better about yourself and when you think better about your self you can be more happy with you and your surroundings and you can have better mindset. Not being active can ruin your physical health because when you are physically active you can lose weight and again feel better about yourself and because you feel better about yourself you can feel better in anything or anywhere. So, just go outside sometimes and you never know you could find yourself on a little jog.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>     It is important to be physically active to stay healthy and to make sure you are well when you get older also if you stay physically active you wont get hurt as easily.</p><p>     By staying physically active you will stay healthy because if you are not active enough your body will start to ache and you will want to eat more junk food and if your not active you will not be able to make up for eating all that junk food. Secondly if you are staying physically active when you get older you will be more healthy and have good habbits to live up to, to stay active. Thirdly when you are being consistantly active you wont get hurt as easy but if you have to run for example and you haven't been active or done a sport you may get hurt because your body is not used to that and will be stiff.</p><p>     In conclusion if you stay physically active you will stay healthy and wont get hurt as easily. </p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It is extremely important to remain physically active throughout your entire life. Many people take it for granted, but it is a vital matter in life, and most people find the more you stay physically active, the longer you stay alive. Staying physically active can prevent blood clots, which can lead to strokes and heart attacks. People find the older they become, the more things they suffer from, such as arthritis and et cetera. Being physically active can affectively prevent things such as that. Also, fewer than 40% of people are hospitalized because of a stroke are younger than 65. That means 60% of people<em> older </em>than 65 suffer from those strokes. Strokes and heart attacks are usually formed by blood clots, and being physically active can very well prevent that, which means increasing your chances of living a long and heathy life! In conclusion, being physically active makes a heathier living life as an elder, and it can prevent blood clots that may be life-threatening. Stay physically active, and stay heathy!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It is important to be physically active because it can reduce strokes, heart attacks, e.c.t. It also keeps away laziness, boredom, and many other things. When you're active, it's easier to have fun and savour the moment. When you are outside, it makes it easier to live longer because you aren't on your devices at home and you are having fun outside and relaxing. It's great to have some fresh air and it can be very nice to just be outside in the nature, it is usually very calming and you can in any weather, rain, snow, sunshine, e.c.t. When you stay outside, you can be by yourself or with friends. You can play games, take a walk, read a book , have a picnic, and other things. When you make the time to be outside, you feel a lot nicer, calmed, e.c.t. It can be a lot more fun with friends and family and other people. That's why you should stay active.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Many people totally don’t realize the importance of being active. In fact statistics say that over the years our populations is becoming less active. I think it is very important that we put an end to this. <br> Firstly, not being active causes obesity. When energy in your body is not burned off, by being active, it is stored as fat. Obesity is a big problem today, so being active is importnant.&nbsp;</p><p>Secondly, fat that is stored in the upper body area and in the arteries gradually builds up and often causes heart attacks. Many people lose loved ones because of this, and it lowers our population. If people would simply be active, they would lower their risk.&nbsp;</p><p>Lastly, being physically active can help you do better in school. It refreshes your mind, so that you are able to think clearly and just leaves you feeling good.&nbsp;</p><p>In conclusion, there are many ways to get active, like going for walks, exercising, and joining sports teams. Being physically active does so many good things for you, why wouldnt’ you want to?&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

You need to be physically active Pretty much every day to be good and healthy. If you think you don't need to be physically active, just don't, and then you will realize that you should have been more active because you are extremely unhealthy. Not being active can cause many health different  issues and other things such such as a heart attack. Being physically active can be playing sports, running a few kilometers, or just playing tag outside. Lots of people are on their phones every day, for even 6-10 hours playing dumb mobile games or watching cringe Tiktoks, instead of being outside and being healthy and active. You should do something physically active every day for a little while, and you will be healthier.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The importance of being physically active is big. If you are not physically active it could make you very weak, it could make you very hyper and it could make you get bigger(fat). First of all, it could make you very weak because you are not moving or running. You need to at least walk to to make and grow muscles. If  you don't move your legs enough you wont grow muscles on you leg witch means that you could fall because your leg muscles hold you up. That could mean that if you try to be active you might not be able to because you might just fall. Second of all  you will be quite hyper because you are just keeping your energy inside. Lastly, you could get fat. You could get fat because you are eating the normal amount of food each day but you not working it off so it just bilds up untill you poop. In conclusion, being physically active is important because if not you could get weak, hyper and big(fat) and that is very un heathy, so I hope you have fun being physically active.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>"What a nice day out oin the sun. It's too bad i'm wasting it by being inside." Then go outside and play! It is so important to be exposed to the wonderful art of exercise! If your not, there is a number of consequences, such as your mental heath and your body health. For example, you might be playing outside with your friend and you feel that welcoming rush of adrenaline in your body and rush of powerful excitement, that lovely game will surely take your mind of of something that's been worrying you recently. Another effect that being lazy can have is your general physique and your bone structure; "Maybe I should hit the gym instead of having these Cheetos lying on the couch" Then hit it! don't rot and purposely make your own bones weak and forcing your skin to expand. Release yourself from the dark space you've put yourself in. You might not be able to do simple daily life things because your not used to it, you're only used to sitting on your couch so now your body only knows how to do that. In conclusion, make yourself available so you can be available.</p>]]></description>
