I think the genre of the short story is fiction because it has dark comedy and psychological horror with elements of suspense.

3)what happened at the end of the story?

I think what happened at the end of the story is that Billy has been poisoned by the landlady’s tea and will meet the same fate as the two previous guests, Christopher Mulholland and Gregory Temple which both of whom are implied to have been murdered and taxidermied, just like her “pets.”

The story ends before anything explicit happens, but all signs point to Billy becoming her next “specimen.”

I enjoy reading it cause the storyline makes me want to know what happen to Billy and i realized that i finished read it in a short time.

Based on my reading, I think this short story more comes to fiction because it started with physiological thriller element and more mystery because in end of story didn't finish with ending and being suspense

Based what I saw, this story ended with poisoned billy by landlady's tea and meet same fate with two previous guest before, Gregory and Christopher. This story didn't tell ending of Billy but giving a hint about the main character will be her next ''specimen".

I enjoy reading cause I like the thriller story about who being kill and who the killer and mostly element mystery and physiological was a suitable in this story hopefully next assignment can read another thriller story or mystery story(like heresy of cult or dark magic)

4.Yes I did..I found this story very enjoyable and interesting..Referring to what happened to the previous visitor,it's clear that Billy might also be the next one, but sometimes the author might create a plot twist to make the story more interesting...My curiosity to know what happen next is very high..That's what makes me think this story is interesting.
