Behavior that creates action
  • Building a relationship with Building Sup to ensure that regular cleaning practices are prioritized and monitored.
  • Partnering with IT and data specialists to ensure information is distributed appropriately and the quality and efficiency of the operations are current
  • Prioritizing money management and budget, by creating a team to support the appropriation of the operating budget and fundraising for additional and necessary expenses when the budget doesn't allow. 
  • Monitoring and compliance are increased with transparency around expectations for "handling funds". Establishing appropriate protocols, and properly training staff and faculty on the "part they play" in the budget.
