Barack Obama is referred to as a truly radical change agent, due to the fact that he changed the united states of America for the good of the people. When he was president, he introduced Obamacare, which is free health care for the citizens of the united states. He also ordered for the capture and killing of Osama Bin Laden, who at the time was a very dangerous and sought-after Al-Qaeda leader. He also signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act to combat pay discrimination against women, which fought against the compensation discrimination between men and women. Barack Obama rescued the country from the Great Recession, which was the sharp decline in economic activity during the late 2000’s, cutting the unemployment rate from 10% to 4.7% over six years. Because of all his achievements, especially ones helping the black community, he is considered a hero by a lot of people.

Obamas work has caused a more open-minded view on situations because he was the first black president in over 100 years, which really opened the eyes of the American population. He has also done a lot of work for the united states population, such as giving out cheap and affordable health care.

Barack Obama challenged the status quo of the united states by being biased towards the African-Americans of the population, focusing his attention on them, and fighting for black rights in America. He was the first black president in the U.S.A and received a lot of hate from different people, for the colour of his skin, and the position of power he held.

Obama had a lot of death threats in his time as president, and also leading up to his presidency. He received a death threat in 2007, when he was junior united states senator from Illinois running for president. This death threat caused Obama to have secret service protection, marking the earliest time before being nominated a candidate has had a death threat.

Obama has changed the united states greatly since his presidency and has helped many people along the way. He provided many jobs for citizens and also protected the black people of the community. In July 2009, Mr. Obama looked at the case of Harvard's black professor, Henry Louis Gates, who was arrested for "misconduct" as he protested against being questioned by police while trying to enter his home. The president said at a news conference that the police were acting "stupidly" and added: "In this country, African-Americans and Hispanics have a long history of being over-checked by law enforcement. That is just fact.” These are just a few times Mr. Obama reminded Americans that his own election does not mean that racism is gone.

Obama has changed the united states greatly since his presidency and has helped many people along the way.
why might Barack be less than perfect?

According to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), During Obama’s first term as president there was a 68 percent increase in electronic spying by the united states government. The Obama administration stated in federal court that the public has no “reasonable expectation of privacy” regarding their phone location data and that the government can acquire this information without a warrant. the Obama administration was stealing people’s personal data, and green- lighted a giant government database of millions of citizens database that weren’t even suspected to terrorism or crime. This is evidence that Obama was not the perfect president, and that there was a lot of illegal stuff going on behind the scenes of his presidency.

what i found inspiring about Barack

The thing I have found most inspiring about Barack Obama’s world view, is the fact that he was always about the people of America. He would never compromise the American citizens and would always do what was right for them. He was also a huge advocate for black rights, and also for gay rights. His contribution to the united states was definitely a positive one and he is such an inspiration to all people alike. While he was president, he ordered the killing of Osama Bin-Laden, which was a huge achievement for the world, eradicating the man who killed thousands of people. Barack Obama and his family are the perfect role model for the united states, and a perfect role model to the black community. They have a solid and stable family life, in contrast with the negatively stereotyped black families that are broken and lack a father figure. Even with all the hate in America, Barack managed to rise to the top of his profession and set a perfect example to the black community of America. This is what I find so inspiring about Obama, even with all the challenges he faced along his journey, he still managed to change the worldview of the American population, and made them think about how they should be treating other people.
