Informal care doesn't always mean cleaning bedpans or helping your mate do a fry up. It can just be relaxing in Costs while discussing how the day went and how the client is in general. This is great for me as well as Tom, we both love coffee sooo much . I sometimes take him out and sit with him in a cafe and chat. Or sometimes i just go to the woods or swimming with Tom
. Satisfaction:
When i help Tom i feel satisfied as i know i am helping my best friend live as independently as he can, this gives me a sense of achievement in that I am helping Tom live like any other as independently as he can

As a paraplegic and blind person the world is a very different and scary place,  when we do go out sometimes people stare at us and make assumptions. Despite this I do what i can to support Tom, emotionally and physically. Its been hard for Tom since losing his sight while we were in secondary school, emotionally and physically. Tom once told me that he feels supported and secure when I am helping him out. I also help Tom in buying essentials e.g. Clothes

. Empowerment for independence:
Tom might have disabilities but that doesn't stop him trying his best to be independent for example: Tom doesn't like for me to pay while we are out, he tries to sort out his money, he can feel the different coins and i tell him what is on the notes.
