I think  whats going to happen next is that Luke is going to try to go tell someone but then think to him self that if he tells someone he will get in trouble, well we know he is not suppose to be looking outside so Luke will try to keep it to him self. But Luke will still try to investigate who he saw and what is going on and is he the only shadow child or is there more children like him who are hiding.
