         <description><![CDATA[<div>A fitness circuit includes various exercises to be performed several times.&nbsp;<br><br>You will create a warm up and&nbsp; three different circuits you can perform to receive your participation points. You can create your circuit on paper, google docs, padlet, etc.<br>1. Upper body circuit<br>2. Lower body circuit<br>3. Abdominal circuit<br><br>Each circuit will include 3 different exercises you can perform.&nbsp;<br><br>After you create your circuit, you will perform the exercises and record how long it took to complete. Then, you need a parent signature to sign that you have completed the circuit you designed.<br><br></div>]]></description>
