Not many people, if any, know where ISIS is keeping the kidnapped people. Some people are saying they think they're in Tabqa a city in Syria, others think they're in Al bab another city in Syria. In march of 2019 the Anti-ISIS coalition had finally announced the territorial defeat of the self-styled caliphate. ISIS also gave no one any information on where any one was located. So Family members or people who were close to people who were kidnapped have no idea whether they are still alive or if ISIS killed them. I learned that two cities in Syria, Tabqa and Al bab were where some people could have been located based on what people thought in the video I watched. Canada has agreed to let the girl come back to Canada but not her Mother, Because she had traveled to Syria and had married an ISIS member.
