         <description><![CDATA[<div>In history during the conquest in the Americas the Spanish conquistadors killed many Aztec people because they had guns and cannons which were far more powerful than the Aztecs arrows and spears. This takes away human rights. For example a big one is Everyone has the right to life. The Spanish was killing large numbers of people.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the assignment Conquest in the Americas Two-Column Notes, it explained the human right of everyone has the right to live. I know this because it states, "In 1519, competing conquistadors arrived and in the fighting that followed, half the Spanish died."<br>This shows that a large number of Spanish people died. But then in 1521 they came back and killed MORE people and eventually defeated the Aztecs. </div>]]></description>

I know this because it states, "As soon as the Stamp Act was gone, the British passed the Declaratory act<strong> </strong>saying that the colonies were dependent on the king and declaring that all laws passed in the colonies had no effect." This shows that the people in America had no say in what the king said or did.</div>]]></description>

I now this when it states in the article"The women worked long hours from early morning to late at night. They often worked over 70 hours a week. The factory rooms were crowded and very loud." This shows that they treated the women workers very poorly.  </div>]]></description>

I know this because it states "The ghettos were areas where Jews were transported to be in one place (most run-down areas of the city). Life in the ghettos were horrific and hopeless. Many died of disease and starvation from being in cramped quarters." This shows just how dreadful the conditions were in the ghettos.</div>]]></description>
