I do not think that she dressed appropriately for the meeting because she could've had bought her outfit way before hand and had been ready and not have it fit to big.
b. They were not because an "I'm alright." response isn't professional. 
c. Since he said "its great to meet you." I believe Mr.Gonzalez's first impression was good.

b. i feel that maybe to his question she could've maybe changed her answer rather than be alright because he probably saw from her form of communication.
c. maybe from the responses given i feel the impression taken in wasn't to well cause of the fact how she said she needs to be out of here by 1:30 for lunch with her boyfriend.
d. i feel first impressions are very important because someone can tell who you are  and what type of person or worker you are by your body language and forms of communication.

I don't think she dressed appropriately because the skirt suit the she got from her mom didn't fit her quite good . I think she should've gone out and buy her self a nice suit that will be appropriate for an interview .
B. No I don't think her answers to Mr.Gonzalez questions were not  appropriate because it sounded like she didn't care and didn't give proper answers like a bright student would .
C. I think the first impression mr.Gonzalez got was not good . I say it wasn't good because when Elis said she had to leave by 1:30 he said it won't take long so that probably meant that she wasn't getting hired .

B) She responded to informal and casual and well it was not appropriate to respond to Mr.Gonzales in regards to the 'first impression'.
C) Perhaps Mr.Gonzales think Elise might not be cut out for the job.

I do not think her responses were appropriate, she seemed very uninterested and as if she had other more important things to do which meeting with your boyfriend is not one of them. I do not think Mr. Gonzales was very impressed by how she was responding. I don't think Elise's response was inappropriate, because what she answered gives me the idea that Elise is an open and indirect communicator, most would say don't bring up anything that would make you seem more uninterested in the job but i think her response was alright. Could've been worded differently but it's nothing damaging.

c. I would say from just reading the text, Elise didn't have a good first impression with Mr. Gonzalez.

d.
