If someone is being mean or creepy, tell an adult right away.

Don’t click on links from people you don’t know.

Always use strong passwords and keep them private.

Log out when you’re done using a public or shared computer.

Think before you post, would it hurt someone’s feelings?

Use words that make people feel included and supported.

If you disagree, do it respectfully, no name-calling or shouting in all caps.

Treat people online the same way you would treat them in person.

Say thank you and give compliments when people share their ideas.

Keep your passwords secret.

Don’t share photos without permission.

Only talk to people you know in real life.

Check with an adult before signing up for a new site.

Stay on websites that are safe for kids.
