Most of the ideas have to do with oneself. For example, reaching out to your manager about mission statements and goals of the company to make sure the leadership you follow corresponds with your goals. - After reconsidering my group driving question "how the people around us affect our mental health" and hearing other's driving question, I realize many of us want to look into mental health.  In order to be an influencer, you have to see the big picture and what really needs attention.  Mental health seems to be what needs our attention.

- People in the workplace and school are going to be in our interests. It may be kind of broad so we might just focus on the workplace as our research continues.
