I am here to complain about the services in your company, your workers are being very rude and disrespectful to the customers.

When I am ordering food in your company, at first I was very excited for the food and your service as this restaurant is a 5-star restaurant. I wanted to order and I waited for 10 minutes and finally a waiter came. I thought the worker was just busy, but turns out they were just lazy to come order my food.

When they came, the worker told me, “Please don’t order too much, we don’t want to wash the dishes.” I was surprised and furious of what the workers said, so I left the restaurant and ate at another restaurant.

Please take this seriously or I will never come eat and tell my friends not to come!

2) When I saw that, I ask the waiter can I exchange for another one, and the waiter said no.

3) When I ask the manager, he said that the picture is fake and will not give me a refund.

1.Firstly,the waiter spilled the hot soup on my 2000 dollar Nikes and didn't apologise. (Made by Ethan lam)

2.Secondly, the waiter blamed me for tripping him. Then, he told me that these shoes are probably useless and for us to apologise instead of him. (Made by Jonathan Ma)

3.Thirdly,he yelled at us and “accidentally spilled water on us”

If that wasn’t bad enough,he went back into the kitchen and insisted that we yelled at him and demanded we are kicked out immediately,the worst part is we didn’t even get our order!

The waiters was very unpolite to me and my family, when I called the waiter, he didn’t come. He was just standing there and sleeping.After I woke him, he shouted at me. After our order, we wait for 30 min and we didn’t eat anything. So we chose to leave, but the waiter let us to pay although we didn’t eat nothing.

Secondly,I would like a full refund and extra for the shoes that your waiter ruined,we also got nothing to eat for 55 minutes until our small bean burritos finally came out,it took another 30 minutes for the rest of the food to be served,please fix this issue or else i will have no choice but to contact the health and safety department.

Thirdly,I hope that as the great manager you are,you will start hiring more qualified and nice employees to fave a good review,if you don’t,I have no choice but to give you a 1 star review on yelp.

Yesterday, I went to your restaurant with my friend, Mr. Jack Chen.

When we were ordering the food, the waiter was wearing a head phone and didn’t listen to us carefully! It forced me and Mr. Jack Chen has to repeat our request for three time! How would you feel if a waiter doesn’t listen carefully about your order and ask you to repeat? I’m sure that won’t feel good. I personally prefer you to retrain your waiters before they service the customers.

Additionally, I had talk about the environment in your restaurant.

When I entered the restaurant, I saw the table wasn’t cleaned or mopped. There was rubbish that left by a customer before I. There were even ants on the floor and tables! It was really shocking and disgusting! When I settled down, I realised there were spiderwebs over the wallpaper, and I was sure that the kitchen doesn’t clean the plates, because I saw some food scraps remaining on the plate! If you don’t take any action on the environment, I would think about to post it on my IG and tell everyone to not visit this restaurant!

Last but not least, I had to complain the food problems in this letter.

The food I ordered was overcooked, and when I complained to the waiter, he gave me a totally rare meat! I was shocked very much! And for the veggie I ordered was too salty, it was awful! I can’t believe that a famous restaurant had such a bad food service. Your restaurant was famous and I saw a lot of people on IG sharing their experience. They said that it was such an incredible experience! I believe that you as the manager, you won’t made your customers disappointed at the food, so you would definitely made a change or retrain the chef to make sure the meal was delicious before other customers complained about it.
