         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree with the Zone Diet. I think a lot of people will find this diet easy to follow. For this reason, I think more and more people will try out the Zone Diet. While it is a little more expensive, I think it is a great plan to follow. Since there is no fitness component, people won't have to stress about the working out part. All they have to do is eat the right way, and they will see themselves losing almost 2 pounds per week. </div>]]></description>
