         <description><![CDATA[<div>Imperial troops moved into Indochina and the capital of Vietnam (a French colony)  after Roosevelt took a disliking to the Japanese assault on China. Which ended a treaty between the Tokyo and American governments. Japan was then known to target the Dutch East Indies.</div>]]></description>
