         <description><![CDATA[<p>Self care to me is making time to rejuvenate and allow myself to feel all that I do. Self care is the most important work to me when being a social worker. I don’t think supervisors and colleagues always emphasize how important it is and how much more we should be doing. I practice this by taking mental breaks by walking, watching tv, and even meditating. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>For us self care means you do not  cause harm to yourself and taking care of yourself before burning out (prevention).</p><p>Self care si really important in social work: if you do self care on you you can provide better services.</p><p>The talk about you but they do not give you the opportunity to do something concrete.</p><p>We practice by being self reflective, therapy and doing what we love.</p>]]></description>
