This session introduces participants to the Inspiring Career Development and Action (ICA) A Curriculum Guide for Adult Educators. The ICA contains ready-to-use lesson plans and activities that guide learners through a supportive and realistic career awareness, career exploration & career planning process. After exploring the curriculum, participants will identify ways they plan to use the curriculum, discussing adaptations needed to meet the needs of learners in their states, programs and classrooms.

Come learn about the next phase of Digital Resilience in the American Workforce (DRAW), including a new focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), more opportunities for programs and instructors to participate, opportunities for state leaders. You can also help the DRAW team in planning for targeted resources for different program areas including learners in correctional settings, English learners, IETs, and high school equivalency.
