thats my answer and i forgot to sent my answer in

i-learn.MY bad,very careless.sorry prof..

ANSWER:

i think from that situation, the candidact lack skill of communication and critical thinking. because some of the student that have higher CGPA is just remember the content of the book to answer the question rather than reflect what have they study. they not practice what they learn clas and some of student are not understanding the subject. after than that, from aspec generation type, millennial student are lack of communication skill becaue their spend more time in social networking site and not socialize with other. after than that, these generation are more prefer use texting, chatting and email to communicate rather than interpersonal communication.
