         <description><![CDATA[<div>Horace Mann the person who got us in school today is the one for the public education reform movement. He got kids from the streets that didn't have enough money to go to school or lived too far away. Horace Mann got them in school. He did that by letting the parents pay for school using property tax. So that's why we're here today at school.</div>]]></description>
