Rockefeller was easily the most influential industrialist of the late 19th to early 20th century. Aside from building Standard Oil into America's largest company during which time the price of kerosene dropped greatly, he formed what was arguably the first modern multi-national company, which operated in the US, Middle East, and Asia. He was innovative with how Standard Oil was structured, leading to the U.S. government changing their corporation codes and passing anti-trust legislation.

When supply of a product goes up, the price of a product goes down and demand for the product can rise because it costs loss.
Examples:
1) There is a drought and very few strawberries are available. More people want the strawberries than there are berries available. The price of strawberries increases dramatically.
2)A company sets the price of its product at $10.00. No one wants the product, so the price is lowered to $9.00. Demand for the product increases at the new lower price point and the company begins to make money and a profit.

Microsoft was formed in 1975 and it has completely changed the way the world uses computers today. And as well as Rockefeller, he wasn't able to attend school and get a high degree, but he had great ambition and that's all he needed.
