         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the mission statement of everyone "Achieving, leading and succeeding" is catchy, and I like the ideas behind it, but it doesn't feel very inclusive. If a student is struggling, they may have a hard time understanding where they fit there? What does success mean? What does it mean to lead? What is achievement? </div>]]></description>
