To support the port standardization program, improve the performance of container terminals, and unlock capacity, there is currently no systematized tool for assessing and mapping  the condition of container terminals in Indonesia. 2) Both can calculate the container terminal capacity and can be categorized as data analytics tools

3) The differences are: 
a. Ms.Excel -> simple, free (cost efficient), not using complex algorithm, user manually input and determine the formula, so can be not standard and higher error prone (depend on user knowledge and precision)
b. International simulation system (TBA simulation software) -> the formula are given, the calculations are by system, the features are advanced, we can not buy the system but only use it through TBA for specific project, the cost is higher than Ms Excel or Group 5's Container Terminal Diagnostic Tools.

2) Pain point before using Container Terminal Diagnostic Tools (use Ms.Excel and create the calculation model manually):
- high error prone: trial and error simulation
- manual data processing
- formula not standard
- required many assumptions/rule of thumb
- do not give recommendation as decision support system 

3) When customer using Container Terminal Diagnostic Tools:
-  more systemized and structurized
- Decision making support tools for Pelindo, such as to do the unlocking terminal capacity, the system can recommend specific infrastructure or suprastructure investments according to the analysis, or needs of specific equipments (relocate from other area), etc.

4) After customer using Container Terminal Diagnostic Tools:
- support the Pelindo's container terminal standardization program 
- can be integrated with other Pelindo's system
- Operation analytics automation : can be used periodically for all Pelindo Projects
