<title>Principal&#39;s responsibility to ensure that staff working with the student are aware of the safety plan and any changes that occur throughout the remainder of the year, therefore if there are changes staff must sign the current working copy. Parents must also receive updates of the changes. Most current copy of the safety plan remains in the OSR. At the end of the year attach the safety plan to the final iep. All archived safety plans are accessible in S4S.</title>
