I'm glad that you can choose what you want to do because I know your struggle when you're in SHS, what a rough time. But here you are! There's a rough path that full of rock, but there's also a rose path that make us can happily walk through it.

Until today, you've been through a lot of hard days and difficult situation that u can't get rid of it. Heartbreaks, betrayal, dissapointment, burnout, anxious, there's a lot of it. I just want to say that you did your best to get through all of the bad times, we can't change the past but we always learn. I hope you never blame yourself about things that happened in the past.  You're on the right path, Nilam. You don't have to regret anything. It's okay to feel sad and hopeless, there's no one who can force you to always pretend to be happy. There's a lot of people that love you and care for you (especially me), you can always share your struggle to them, to me, or to your trusted one.

Please promise me, that how hard is your situation, please stay alive and never hurt yourself. You allowed to feel sad  but may u always find a reason to take care of yourself and your feelings.
