It continued for years on into when he was an adult and applied twice to get into the art school in Vienna. Both times he failed. He later then went on and started to get into Politics. The picture below is a painting done by Adolf of the Vienna State Opera House.

When he was a young boy, his mom would always be there for him, supporting him one way or another. She was one of the reasons why Adolf pursued art and wouldn't quit because she would stick with him through thick and thin.

She is important because it is thought that Adolf had an attraction to her, even during his political campaign, which was risky business. At one point Geli moved in with her uncle, but did not enjoy her stay. She evidently died in her room in 1931 (age 23), Adolf was 42, almost double her age. The cause was suicide, for a while the media thought and said it was a case of sexual assault, but was proven wrong.

Some of this could have dealt with what Adolf had to go through with his life. Having a harmful dad, a mother who died early, a bad childhood experience, being homeless for a long time and seeing what war does to someone. All of these affected Adolf and his thoughts not only on Jewish people that they were taking all the jobs and money from Germany, but his thoughts over, everything. His persuasiveness, yelling, and speeches made people turn their heads. Many people recall how Hitler would get so into his speeches and would tell it like a story, starting at the beginning, nice and soft, getting to the climax he would start yelling and raising his voice, and end with a very important ending. His smarts in politics came from coming back from World War 1 and giving up art a little bit to be with friends and read/talk about what's going on in the government and how they could fix it. Hitler lead the conversations, which lead his friends to telling him to start going into politics, then later becoming the head of the German Government.

Then in the middle, when Germany invades the USSR, you can tell that's when Germany starts to fall slowly with the Allied powers coming in from the each direction.
