Last week I came to Barnsley college to enrolment and I sat and waited so I spoke to new people and I spoke to the staff when I was enrolling. Well it developed my communication and I feel more confident now to speak to over people now I'm in college . What I did well is that I got more confident to speek to people. I had to listen to what the teachers said and to tell them that I understood.

Making new friends was hard for me but once I came out of my shell I spoke to ever one and I have all new friends now . I develop my speaking skill by the activities I was doing made me speak to new people and become friends with them .so altogether I have build up my confidence now to speak to anyone now .

In my first tutorial lesson we got set a task that was to create a PowerPoint about ourselves. I volunteered to go first infront of the whole group. I did look up at the group when I spoke but I could have done this more often to make eye contact with people. I did well to speak clearly infront of the group I have only known a week.

So in our toutuial lesson we was asked to do a task. This task was stated we had to design something about us on a peaice of paper so then we used the hall punker and string to connect them all together and everyone had a certain job to do.we got it completely done in the time given. And we could improve is that we commutation so we can listening to each other and we need someone to take control and give orders

So when we came for induction day and we was split into different groups so abc and then we did various task like we had a blind fold one person and then some was not then we had to go through an obistical course. What we did good is that we got through it with out falling. And we could have Done better is that we could have doing it without swearing

Last week I used teamwork by when me and our class mate was in a assignment so we had to do a script for cabin crew and we had to read it out and we like bounced back from each other and we passed with flying colors.The thing we did well is that we wasn't nervous and we just got on with it.And the thing we should of improve is that we should have make the script more clearer

I have used mentoring by when there was a new starter at work I had to help them by showing them were to go and what equipment to use and showing them the polices and procedures about greggs and why we have to use them avout health and safety.

I have taken part in work experience in college by doing an barnsely hospise event and we had a bake sale to rase money to barnsley hospital.ut went very well beacuse we raised over 170 pound buy baked goods.if we did this again we would change the location of we're we were beacsue no one really shaw us so we need an open location.i achieved in this work experience is that I have increae my communication skills.

My second but of evidence is that I work in greggs and I help a lot of people iut there such as tell people the deals that are on and I help a lot of elderly.what went well is that I got complemented by the manager beacsue I help a lot of people out becasue I went out of my own way.what I would change is that when I started off I was quite nervous so I didn't really speak to the customer much but now I'm fine.i achieved my well earned wage and I got parsied by the area manager

Mu 3rd evidence is I helped my mum drop some of her parcels off to her customer and I helped package some up.what went well was that I built up team building and time magenta skills as we were working at a fast paste and working as a team.what I would improve is that need to is hta I viuld request more hours so it would build customer service skills up.i achieved more time magemnet up and I am a lot faster at this now
