         <description><![CDATA[<div>Attachment is dependent on the child. For example, Autistic children struggle to attach to people and things, and also struggle to understand how, and the need of attachment. However, it can also be an over attachment, in a sense that the understanding process is foreign.<br>As long as the child's basic needs are met i.e food, sleep etc. the rest is learnt behaviour. Could it essentially be conditioning as from a young age we associate basic needs, with the care giver role?</div>]]></description>
