         <description><![CDATA[<div>Change Management is very important to your business or organisation, because if you have a strategic vision, combined with changing demands and needs of customers in the outside world, you are going to have to know how to manage it.  You need to know, so you stop any resistance within your employees, or leadership; make sure your work force is engaged and excited about this change and can see it's benefits to them and their job!; if it is an intelligent change it should reduce costs (at least long term); change management helps improve the performance of the change more and more; and change management should enhance your vision thus your genius and innovation and so hopefully attract more!  The world is opening up to creativity so change management is naturally essential.  I guess it always has been, I just guess people want to create new consultant fields to get more money!!haha :-)... <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>With constant changes within your business, change management is important if you want to see longevity and effective innovation within the business. As change is innevitable the business needs to adapt to what the market demand is to further grow the business. Communication I believe is the best way forward with change management and being as imofrtative as possible with most stakeholder. As much as you can understand the benefits of change management you could see a scale of resistance from other stake holder. Within the change process we should accomplish performance within the business, reduce unnecessary cost as well as impelmenting more sustainable practices to encourage the eco friendly growth of the business and the planet. </div>]]></description>
