There are 3 indicators a chemical reaction took place. The two clear liquids produced a yellow solid. A color change and and a change in matter. When the Lead Nitrate's and Sodium Iodide's atoms combined, it formed a new substance; Lead Iodide. Lead Iodide is a yellow solid.
