         <description><![CDATA[<div>Endometriosis- Condition in which tissue that somewhat resembles the endometrium is found abnormally in various locations in the pelvic cavity<br><br></div><div>Cervical Polyp- Fibrous or mucous stalked tumor of the cervical mucosa.&nbsp; (polyp is a general term for tumors that bleeds easily and are found on mucous membrane).&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br>Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID) infection of the upper genital organs beyond cervix, often involving the peritoneum and intestines.<br><br></div><div>Sexual Transmitted Disease (STD) – Acquired through sexual contact.&nbsp; Sometimes called the venereal disease. Examples of the diseases that is bacterial caused&nbsp; are the Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydial infection and the Chancroid. STD’s that are caused by viral are the AID’S , Hepatitis, Herpes.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

This procedure is performed as a permanent method of contraception.<br><br></div>]]></description>
