Many people think that schools should teach students how to take care of their minds. In this essay, I'll be explaining why some folks believe it's important to include lessons about mental health in schools.

Firstly, some say that learning about mental health gives students important life skills. Like how schools teach math and science, teaching about mental health helps students handle stress and challenges in their daily lives.

Secondly, some people believe it makes school life better. When students know about mental health, it helps break any shame or fear about talking about their feelings. This makes a friendly place where everyone understands each other.

Lastly, it is commonly believed that teaching about mental health helps in the long run. If students learn good mental health habits early, they can face problems better as they grow up. This might stop mental health issues from happening later in life.

In conclusion, according to some people, including lessons about mental health in schools helps students now and in the future. It gives them skills for life, makes a happy school, and sets them up for a healthier and balanced future.

Can a School Provide Support for All?

There is no doubt about the mental health issues occurring more often than ever. Especially amongst students, which raised debates upon whether schools should educate children about this topic. Schools often try and start something with positive effects for their audience if the topic is something they think should be covered. However, would education given by school really be efficient in this case?

Many people have been bullied in schools, regardless of the anti-bullying campaigns, posters and articles. On one hand, any help towards the ones struggling with their mental health is to be appreciated. Even so, it is pointless to try and start an action just for the sake of doing it. It is no news that most students don’t care nor even listen to a conference held because it is way too “serious” or it “takes up too much of their free time”.

Considering all the movement trying to be started about various topics, it is needless to say it won’t have the impact that is desired. Moreover, young people that have such health issues are often troubled by the mentioning of such things due to the further thoughts revolving inside their minds and feeling at unease.

To summarize this particular essay, although any type of support trying to be provided to a younger audience is very much glorified as well as appreciated, it is simply impossible to engage students’ interests on such topic and might even cause discomfort with the ones struggling with mental health issues.

Some vegeterians think it is a good idea for the government to put a tax on meat to make people to eat less of it and be vegetarian. But, there are some big reasons why this might not be a good desicion. Meat, yogurt, and eggs have lots of protein that our bodies need to stay healthy, especially if we are doing sports or exercise. If the government puts a tax on these foods, it could make it harder for people to afford them.

Also, just making meat more expensive won't going to make people start to a vegetarian diet. People's food choices are changing by lots of things, like their culture, habits, and preferences. Instead of taxing meat, maybe the government could teach people about healthy eating and give them tips to choose healthy diets. In that way, everyone can make freely choices about what they eat without feeling pay through the nose because of their preferences.

I do not think that vegetarianism is healthier diet and goverments shouldn't tax meat because meat is a healthy thing too. You cannot live with just vegetables or fruits.

Firstly, we are both carnivorous and herbivorous that's why we need to ear both vegetables, fruits and meat. Our body needs protein for our internal organs like brain, lung, liver, muscles and many other organs need protein to do their job.

Also, evryone is free that's why the government cannot make eating meat forbiden. Meat is really important for countiries famous dishes so it is not depends on just being healthy. Generally famous dishes are making with meat.

To sum up, I do not think that just being vegetarian is not enough for being healthy. You should eat 3 times in a day and you should eat both carbonhydrate, protein and lipids if you not you cannot be healthy.
