Flipgrid Video Responses [20% of course grade]

Per the SF 1203 syllabus:

Using the Flipgrid (now PADLET) video platform, you will engage in video discussions which will be facilitated by both the instructor and fellow students in the course; the platform allows us to create a series of “video discussion boards,” where you can respond to questions and comments by creating a brief video (or post responses to other student videos).

2. What are the qualities, habits, behaviors, and/or attributes of a specific leader you admire or look up to? How do you hope to/plan to emulate them in your own leadership development?

   
   

3. Think of a time when you felt powerful (or empowered) as a result of what someone said or did. What did the person specifically say or do? How did it effect your morale/performance/emotional well-being? (Conversely, you can think of a time when someone made you feel "powerless" or "disempowered," and then answer the same set of questions as above).
