         <description><![CDATA[<div>&gt; English is spoken in every country of the British Isles today.&nbsp;<br>&gt; In Wales, there are 20% Welsh speakers. Welsh is an official language. They learn it at school.&nbsp;<br>&gt; In Ireland, there are 2% Irish Gaelic speakers.&nbsp;People learn Irish Gaelic at school, but most of the people don't use it in their free time. <br>&gt; In Scotland, there are under 6000 Scots speakers.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
