Mark: we need to sort this out, we can’t keep having arguments with the police.

Police chief: yes mark have you got any ideas 

Mark: not really but i’ll try and stop them 

(police chief scratches his head)

Police chief: this might sound a bit strange but we could start a project to help but we would need funding.

Mark: I could probably get the money if you sort the rest out.

(Police chief cheeringly)

Police chief: ok deal

Mark: where do we start 

Police chief: well there's this boy Nesta who i heard got arrested so we should start around there.

George: yes. good morning. My name is George Johnson and I’m the youth leader. I wanted wanted to talk about how we could make the life of the people better in South Crongton  Crongton estate.

PO: I agree. The shopkeepers are annoyed at all you youngsters steeling. They always come herecome here. 

George: no! I was talking about how we could make it better for children. Now all the adul  adults work and never have time for their kids. That's why I came here. For the 

children.

PO: Oh. But we could talk about both. First, lets do the adults. We could close the o  shops after darkness hours? What do you think?

George: Definitely NO! Think about all the poor children who need food. Where will they go  go?

PO: We’re talking about the adults not children. So anyway, if you don’t like it we won’t  won’t do it. Lets do the children. it’ll be easier.

George : Great! We could give out free food so we’re sure they are healthy.

PO: no. it will mean the salary of the shopkeepers will decrease because they will have less  less food to sell.

George: but everyone will be happy. Children: they have food & adults: they help children wh  which is kind.

PO: you are very mistaken. The adults want money for essentials. They won’t be happy happy. I think we should maybe have a meeting later when we get more 

evidence people aren't happy. Goodbye. 

George: fine! I’ll go. Bye.[he leaves & slam the door shut]

irritation in his

voice)

The youth leader sighed
Youth leader: “I understand that but he’s just a young boy.”
Commander: “I think you should go now.”
On that they both shook hands and the youth leader walked out the station back somewhere
end 

S=Simon  L=Lily

S: (walks into room with Lily and sits down) Hello..uhh (quickly flips through papers) Lily? Am I correct?

L: Yes, my name is Lily.

S: Well, now that is settled, why do you feel the need for us to change how we treat children and teens? We do that perfectly if I do say so myself.

L: Well, I have a few ideas that may help teens be a little bit less disruptive, such as a graffiti park..

S: Oh wow! Lets just spend a ton of money on a stupid art exhibit for teens to draw-

L: Yes I know you are hesitant but think, lets say a city pays £50k a year to clean graffiti

S: Oh here we go again…

L: Thank you. As I was saying, this gives them a place where people can come and see their artwork and its not on the side of a building. It also means that city will have to pay less to clean up graffiti, maybe only £15k. A 1/4^th of all-

S: Yes I get the picture, now you said it, it seems like a good idea…

 

Chief fed: welcome Lukas to crongton ([glancing at Lukas)

 

Lukas: thankyou chief I am looking forward at my time to here.

Chief: now about the youngsters what should we do.

 

Lukas: I think we should make a club for the youngsters

 

Chief: what kind of club.

 

Lukas: like a big warehouse with different rooms like a gaming room and archery room, sport room and an arts and crafts rom. And the price should be around  twenty to thirty thousand pound and I know what your thinking  where  are we going to get the money from  well I think we should do a charity where make a charity  called youngster zone only and charge them 100 pound to go to a fun place every single Friday  which the children have to vote on

                                    

Chief: well I like the idea, but we must ask the whole city.
