This can be caused by many reasons but a common one is unfortunately the government. The Declaration of Independence says we must overthrow and resist such circumstances to fight for change. Throughout history, there have been many revolutions that often start with protests. Peaceful acts like marching, picketing, and rallying are very common to get the other side to simply hear their concerns and hopefully take action. Some may even turn violent and riot against them. For example, when companies are unjust one may boycott them or even steal products. When Rosa parks was cruelly treated on the Montgomery bus, citizens stopped ridding the bus to show how they felt.
