Something that is valuable when you are making a business is teamwork because  if you don't work well together you will never get anything done and even if you do it will not have the best outcome possible. Something else that is valuable is respect because if someone is not being respected they will not want to participate and your group will not be as successful as they can be. A problem I want to solve is, people think because someone is a good student they do not need to do any of the work because the other student will do it all and wont need any help.
