We can help protect them by raising awareness among people by following ways:

1. Make a list of endangered animals,add their pictures and facts to let people know why they need our help.

2.Write their stories and include interviews and conversations of experts

3.start campaigns to clean their habitat and don't destroy them.

4.Dont litter and avoid pollution.

Deosai National Park was made in 1993 to protect Brown Bears. Here are my findings from the documentry:

• These Bears are found in many places of the world.

• They are killed for their body parts to make medicine.

• Their front teeth are for taring meat,but they are vegetarian.

• Their back teeth are used for eating grass.

• Male bears weight 120 to 150 kg.

• The Bears are being hunted because of their coats,they are being used to make winter jackets.

• They measure about 1 and 1/2 to 2cm in length.

• The cub (baby bear)will stick to it's mother for about 5 years.

• They are endangered because their habitat is being destroyed by pollution,that is being caused by humans.

There number's across the region have declined by half,as they were killed for medicines use.

The brown bears had thick brown coats to protect them from the winter

They hibernate in dens in the lower valley and feed on rich grasses of plants, fruit and fishes from the park

All animals, big or small, need protection Just like how we need a safe home and food to eat, animals need a safe place to live and food to eat too.

Why Do Animals Need Protection?

Animals need protection because:

- Their homes are being destroyed: Forests, oceans, and other habitats are being destroyed, leaving animals without a place to live.

- They are being hurt by humans: Animals are being hurt by humans through pollution, hunting, and use of their body parts in making of different medicines, Jewellery and fashion products etc

- Shortage in their food or water due to climatic change or loss of favourable conditions.

What Can We Do to Help?

We can help animals by:

- Being kind to them: We can be kind to animals by not hurting them and giving them food and water.

- Protecting their homes: We can help protect animals' homes by not polluting and not destroying their habitats.

Every animal need protection to keep there self safe . For example:

A bird can keep it self and her baby's safe by his habbitat name nest from hunters .

A tiger lives in the jungle so he is safe in his habbitat because if that tiger comes to a city from the jungle so the person who bought him he would not know that what it eats and what he doesn't so if he gives him the wrong food so he would not feel well.

Big animals (like elephants, tigers, whales) are often endangered due to poaching, habitat loss, and climate change. Losing them can upset entire ecosystems.

Why People Don’t Take Care of Them:
Some people think the Aye-Aye brings bad luck 😐, so they try to hurt or chase it away. Others cut down trees and don’t care that it's destroying animal homes. That’s just sad.

Is It Extinct?
Nope! But it’s endangered, which means there are only a few left in the wild. If we don’t protect it, it might go extinct one day.

Why We Should Save It:
Aye-Ayes help forests by eating insects that hurt trees. Every animal matters—even the weird and creepy ones. Instead of judging them, we should protect them 💚

Among the endangered mammals are the snow leopards, Flare horned Markhors, Marco Polo sheep, Ladakh Urial, musk deer, brown bear, and woolly lying squirrel. The population of many bird species like the rare snow cock and Monal pheasant is so depleted as to be heading towards extinction in the wild.

Therefore they all should be protected through various ways:

~ reduce, reuse and recycle: instead of plastic use paper bags, reuse plastic bottles. If environment and habitat is protected than animals also live longer

~never purchase goods made of ivory, shell, coral

~grow native plants

~support organizations that fights for endangered species and creates awarness

~maintaining distance and choosing responsible tourism
