In France, over 2 million children live below the poverty line (with a monthly income of less than 950 euros). Children with a migration background are particularly often affected by poverty.

Almost 15,000 children live with their families on the streets or in homeless shelters

The problem happened because the government is not able to build many houses for those who don't have it and in my opinion money should be collected from every house in France and if all the money they received will build houses for those who don't have schools so that they might go to work at the age of 19 and get out of the poverty line and be able to provide for their descendants in the future

Argentina ratified the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) in 1990 and has integrated the CRC into the national constitution since 1994. Argentina has also ratified the Additional Protocol to the CRC on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child 🤬 and the Additional Protocol to the CRC on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict . Argentina has banned the use of children under the age of eighteen in armed conflicts, according to a statement included as a declaration at the time the second protocol was ratified.

Despite these crucial steps to strengthen the national legal framework for children's rights , meaningful legislative reform at the national level that would enshrine the commitments made in the CRC to protect children's rights took time to be implemented (International Library of Congress, 2020). Furthermore, Argentina had not yet ratified the Escazú Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decisions and Right of Access to Justice Regarding Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean, which it signed in 2018.
After years of lobbying, Argentina enacted a national law on the integral protection of children and young people (law 26061) in 2005. Its purpose is to protect children and young people in order to guarantee the full exercise and enjoyment of their rights, granted both by the Argentine legal system and by international treaties to which the country is party. These rights cover the areas of health, education , leisure and culture .
