Turbo is a snail that is obsessed with racing. He spends most of his time watching and rewatching races on a garage TV. He trains his speed and pretends to be in the races on TV. All the other snails make fun of him and tell him to stop dreaming.

Call to Adventure

When a sought after tomato falls AKA "Big Red," all the other snails give up when it lands in the yard during gardeners day. Turbo doesn't give up and thinks he can save the tomato and races the lawnmower toward it.

Refusal of the Call

Turbo couldn't beat the lawnmower. He gets covered in tomato remains and becomes humiliated. He starts to give up on his dreams of racing and goes to watch cars to try to cheer himself up.

Meeting the Mentor

Turbo goes to watch cars when he becomes sad and finds himself in the middle of a drag race. He is on top of the car and then falls into the car. When he falls into the car he gains car-like superpowers.

Crossing the Threshold

Turbo's brother is taken by some crows and Turbo has to use his fast car powers to save him. Turbo and his brother end up at some taco place in a shopping center kinda place.

Allies, Trials, and Enemies

Turbo meets some shop owners and they like to race snails. He makes friends with the snails and gains some Mexican dude as an ally. He races against the snails.

Approach the Inmost Cave

Turbo and the Mexican try to gain some customers. They fail. Then, turbo sees a big truck promoting the Indy 500 and shows the Mexican. The Mexican thinks this is their big shot to gain more customers. He signs them up.

The Supreme Ordeal

That boy Turbo races in the Indy 500. He meets his idol but finds out that this idol is for real evil. Turbo almost dies multiple times. Toward the end of the race his shell breaks, losing his powers he almost gives up. His brother comes down to motivate him and he decides to keep racing. All the other racers had a big crash and it seems that Turbo will win. His evil idol gets mad and pops out of his car. He begins to drag his car towards the finish line.

Reward

Turbo barely wins the race. He beat his idol. Everyone becomes amazed that a snail beat some of the best racers in the world. He is now one of the most talked about things on the internet.

All the other snails that made fun of him now respect him, the shopping center becomes way more popular and the business owners are happy, his snail friends get cooler shells, and everything just goes good.
