I love travel since travel can make my mental health better.

Last summer holiday I have been to New York and Boston to study American culture for one month at school there. I really meet a lot of people and it broaden my horizon .After the trip the biggest things that I gain is not I improve my English speaking skill also not the different knowledge.

After the trip my worldview change a lot . I know that people and people should be sincere so you can make much friends as you can! making friends while you are travelling can make a lot of friends that have the same hobby and a same life values.

There’s a truth that friends can cure you mental health and make you rejoice!

This game is suitable 3 to 5 players to play. On your turn, you can choose melding, manipulating and draw a tiles.

In Secondary school, The Schools Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China (HKSSF) will hold Inter-School Cross Country Competition. They held it on different days since there are schools in different districts. 

In my own experience, when I first time join cross country running competition, I was nervous. In my brain I keep asking myself lots of questions such as Can I finish the competition? Can I save my life? 

I think the answer is YES! When I was facing a seemingly endless climb, with burning lungs and heavy legs, I really want to give up. However, I must remind myself keep running, encouraging myself. 

Finally, I finished the competition. I learned “If you feel like giving up, just look back on how far you are already.” No matter what you do, you must hang in there! “No pain, no gain.” 

That’s my first time to go to japan ，there is different with HK. Jp resident have a slow pace of life. In japan I can Experience the life,it is difficult in HK. Moreover,JP’s culture is wonderful.JP’s foods are amazing,like cold noodle .Food is important in our life.

I love japan's culture, japan people are polite.They don't like to taking trouble to others. For example, although they need help they are less to ask for help.

Also,I love japan's view.Like fuji mountain,it is the best view I seen in my life.

My favorite uniform is the British Army’s operational uniform since it is a changeable style of clothe.

For instance, this year, I joined the summer exchange program and saw the famous uniform in England. The soldiers usually wear the red coat, also redcoat to as redcoat or scarlet tunic.

However, no matter the uniform is purely functional or wealthy , the uniform remains a powerful symbol of service and identity. It helps other people to identify the soldiers from which country.

The path to his dream is fraught with obstacles. Academic shortcomings, financial hardship, constant doubt and ridicule from those around him, and repeated rejections threaten to break him. The most powerful moment in the film comes when Rudy's four long years of sweat and waiting culminate in just 27 seconds on the field, wearing the team jersey. I think the movie is very good. Actually, it's excellent. This movie's character's stories attraction me. Rudy pursues the goals very hard but he never give up. He always fails but he never gives up trying to go to university or attending American football school team. The music makes me feel overwhelmed. The last 20 minutes of the movie are very exciting for the characters because it is Rudy' last chance to prove himself, he can play on the American football school team.

I love badminton because it's fun and easy to learn. Running around hitting the shuttlecock is exciting, not tiring. Plus, I can play with friends, which makes it even better. That's why badminton is my favorite sport!

The Mexico City Grand Prix, Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen went four-wide into the first turn, but both Leclerc and Versappen failed to make the corner. What makes me like Chawon most? It’s because she has a genuinely warm heart.

Recently, one fan of LE SSERAFIM posted on the group's official online fan community, and the fan wrote, "Hi! I'm having a bad day today. And I made a mistake. I'm disappointed with myself that I don't even want to continue living anymore. What about you guys?" 

Then, Chaewon found the post and decided to lend some strength to that fan.

She wrote back with two comments under the post, the first being her words of encouragement . She wrote that “It’s okay. You’ve done well. Everybody makes a mistake. We all learn by making mistakes. I make mistakes all the time as well. You have to live! That’s the only way for us to keep seeing each other! Aren’t you curious about our next album? It's going to be so amazing!

Second,she shared an empowering quote by the American author Steve Maraboli,

“We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here now with the power to shape your day and your future.”

Let me talk about my favorite K-pop group. My favorite K-pop group call BOYNEXTDOOR.BOYNEXTDOOR is a 6-member South Korea boys group. Their name translates ‘the boy next door,’embodying a fresh, friendly vibe that breaks away from grand K-pop tropes. Each member has unique strengths in singing, rapping, dancing, and other areas. With their distinctive ‘boy next door charm’attracting fans worldwide with catchy music and a down to earth vibe. I feeling very exciting when I listen their song .My favorite song of BOYNEXTDOOR is 'GOOD DAY’ It is because the lyrics encourage a positive mindset to embrace each new day, reminding listeners that happiness and little surprises can found in simple moments even without romance.

I believe "Barbie" is an outstanding movie because it conveys an important message: women are not only filled with inner strength but also possess limitless possibilities.

In addition, the film inspires us to bravely seek and express our true selves. Often, to meet the expectations of others or society, we feel compelled to wear a "mask," hiding our genuine feelings and thoughts. However, only by shedding this disguise and courageously being our authentic selves can we live with true freedom and happiness.

This movie also reminds me of my own experiences. There was a time when I didn’t fully like myself and worried that others wouldn’t like the real me, so I grew accustomed to pretending. But gradually, I realized that such a life was not only exhausting but also failed to bring genuine acceptance. Now, I choose to take off the mask because I have learned to accept and love myself. Actors often have large fan bases, and these fans will watch the movie to support their favorite actors. They will even promote the movie for free, which helps you save a lot of money on marketing. However, you should not just choose the most famous cast—it is more important to pick actors who fit the roles, rather than only chasing fame.

Next, if you are making an animated movie, visual effects are crucial for you. Animated films cannot rely on actors to gain popularity (as they do not need real actors), so the only way to attract audiences is to polish the visual effects to perfection.

In my own experience, I went to a lot of places in England during the summer holidays. Canterbury is the most chillax and leisurely in my whole journey as there is a plenty of animated plants and local buildings.

I think Hong Kong can celebrate Thanksgiving Day because it is a meaningful festival.Everyone will stay together.This can promote family loves.

The Qatar Grand Prix leaded by Oscar Piastri, and Lando Norris and Max Verstappen started at P2 and P3. The Red Bull team driver, Max Verstarppen, jumped Norris on the run to the first turn from P3 on the grid. Oscar Piastri started the race with the pressure from Max. In the back of the opening lap, Nico Hulkenberg from team Kick Sauber and Pierre Gasly from team Alpine clashed at turn 1. Serval laps later, turned the race in its head. After 57-laps, both Piastri and Norris remained out on track, which put them behind Verstarppen in behind.

Team McLaren in pit late and chased by Max Verstarppen. Piastri pitted at the end of lap 42 for a new set of hard tyres, rejoining P3 but now 17s behind Verstarppen. Lando Norris rejoined even closer to Carlos Sianz and even closer back to P3.

At the end of the race, Piastri and Norris lose their starting grid because of the failed pit stop planned during the safety car out. Piastri and Norris ended at P2 and P4, and Verstarppen win the grid champion in the Qatar race week.

Max Verstarppen moved to the second place of the 2025 F1 driver”s standings, it is possible for him to win the 2025 F1 Championship. For the second reason, as the visually stocking music videos ,when K-pop idols upload their new album and songs , they may usually take a creative visual music video. For example, BLACKPINK’s song ‘ jump' ’s music video is a bizarre and  unpredictable video . In the music video , Jennie dancing inside someone’s mouth , Lisa tearing open the viewer's brain with her voice and all group members flying into the sky in a down jacket . These make fans crazy of this song , have a deeper impression of the song and catchier. 

In conclusion , Korean pop music is popular among teenagers, and makes K-pop so popular in the modern world nowadays because the music is high- quality and has diverse styles and visually stocking music videos.

Under 16 years old kid and teenager was banned from using common social media such as instagram, snapchat ,YouTube , TikTok , ten social media platforms at 10 December 2025. They cannot set up a new account or even being watched in nearly country

But why ? Why government banned social media for the children’s . As u can see , the time of teenagers even children using social media was increasing rapidly. A report that published at 2025 showed that 96% of children that aged between 10-15 years old have used social media before

Social media platforms are offering a number of options to work out your age , including estimating your age based on photo or video , to know that is you really older than 16 years old , they may also give you the choice to use an ID to prove that , but they have to offer an alternative

But for my opinion I think that crazy , as a teenager , I normally used social media everyday , to hold the friendships of me and my friends , to ask teacher for questions after I leave the school , to know what are my friends doing , it crazy to ban the social media , although in some point is good for children and kids , but at the other point it will damage and cause some decline in operating rate .

What if this law started to promote in Hong Kong ? All the teenagers ban social media , To be honest I’m scared some of the country started to copying Australia, I’ve been know that some of the western countries like Canada , Denmark appreciate this decision, I’m scared this kind of decision will promote in some Asia countries in the future’s

This emotional reward is a significant source of joy and one reason people are willing to play for extended periods.

Finally, the appeal of games goes even further. In team-based games, communication and cooperation are essential for victory. Even if you’re highly skilled, you cannot win alone if your teammates struggle. Therefore, it’s important not to view games solely in a negative light. They can also foster positive qualities, such as teamwork—the very spirit I just described. It is precisely because of these attractive aspects that so many people enjoy playing games.
