         <description><![CDATA[<p>I used to think that students are still too young to discern values and teachers need to be the one to build character. Now, I realise that students perceiving their environment and forming perceptions and identity much earlier. Hence when teachers interact with them, and also discipline them, we also need to treat them as perceiving adults and give them the respect that is due. </p>]]></description>

Everytime we take something away from Student, we must replace it with something. (Page 54)</p><p><br/></p><p>The author explained using this very relatable example. Say a person who keeps missing his shots at basketball, he is punished and not allowed to play anymore. Which is not helping the child</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
