The population of Central is roughly 243,266 (1). The things that central offer include, many tall skyscrapers, malls, nice hotels and a lot of ferries and traditional boats on Victoria Harbour. origin - Central was made around 1841 when the British landed in possession point of Sheung Wan and decided to build a city on the north side of Hong Kong and so they built Central to hold major military facilities and since then it has become what it is today. (3)

It is located on Jackson Road in Central. It is the home of the Court of final appeal which is the highest judicial institution of Hong kong.  

It was made by 2 British architects, Aston Webb and Ingress Bell and was finished on the 15th of January of 1912. The architectural features resemble the Buckingham palace in London, which makes sense considering they were both made by the same architects.

It was made in 2003 by César Pelli and it stands at 1,352 feet tall, making it the eighth tallest office building in the world.  (1)

The IFC is used to provided financial services to international clients and they also support services such as accountancy, law and technology. (2)

This building looks a lot more modern and looks a lot like other skyscrapers around the world.

IFC is great example of how far Central has come in its cultural diversity because of its abundance of stores to shop at and restaurants.

It shows Hong Kong reach out to things like large fast food companies like Shake Shack or apple. IFC shows Hong Kong become more global since Britain stopped controlling Hong Kong.

Central is a place that includes a lot of brands from other countries as well as the food, There are global restaurants such as Italian, Brazilian, American, french and many more.

These restaurants show Centrals progression to being more global since Colonial times.
