  • cost for re-brand; takes away from staff salary, pending "recession" and wanting to be conservative with cost.

  • "Family of agencies" to describe a business. you cannot fire family (even if one tries) so I do like the idea of Seneca Center. not Seneca family of agencies.

  • what do clients feel about our name? do they care?

  • Fire branding company and ask for 50% refund for creating cultural appropriation names as corrective name.
