  • Clausulas de exclusión de innavegabilidad e ineptitud
    1. La poliza de no cubre la perdida, el daño o gasto emergentes debido a la no navegavilidad del buque, por estar no apto para el transporte del buque, contenedor cuando el asegurado conocia tal innavegable o falta de condiciones para el transporte.
  • Cláusula de exclusión de Guerra
    1. No cubre los gastos por pérdida por guerra, guerra civil, revolución, rebelión, etc o cualquier acto hostil contra un país.
    2. No cubre la pérdida por apresamiento, embargo, restricción o detención.
    3. No cubre por perdidas causadas por torpedos, minas, bombas u otras armas bélicas
