         <title>I got a 51 on my well being assessment. According to that number my well being range is within average. The average scale is 41-59. Therefore I was right in the middle of that range which is pretty good but I am looking forward to raising it. As it is often said, there is always space for improvement. </title>

         <title>I want to be able to go to the gym 4 times a week. I feel like this goal is very doable since I am very busy with my science courses and my job.  This goal is important to me because I feel like it will relive some stress and give more confidence. This will just involve me and the location will be the Emporia Student Rec. As in resources our college has a free membership in a way since we already pay for this service in our tuition. I feel like 4 days is a good number because it will give me a recovery day and a day to use that time for other things as laundry and cleaning. I say this is my prime age to be active and invest time and money into my wellbeing. It will not only benefit me now but also in the future.  I have already started this goal this week and will continue it for the rest of my life. </title>

         <title>For connect I would like to start prioritizing out of official meeting bonding time with my sorority sisters.  We have dinner dates or group bonding here and there but when we have it I always work or prefer to spend that time at home. Therefore I will make sure to always attend to 2/3 bonding events that are hosted. I say 2/3 because I can not change my work schedule all the time and I also need my personal time. These are usually hosted off of school campus and involve texting each other a place and time to meet. I feel like this is important because I really enjoy being around them even during meetings. They are all very kind and provide an educational based family. I will know this has been accomplished by noting down which social nights I have been present at. As mentioned I may not have the time to attend every single social night but I should be able be attend to more than half of them. This is definitely the right time since it is rush week and there are way more events than usual. This is also worth my time because I am creating a stronger bond and also build good relationships that will benefit my social life and academic life.  I also kind of already stated this goal. This week there was 2 social events for rush week and I attended both and I will keep on attending 2/3 of them until the end of the semester.  </title>

         <title>I want to review old chapters in my STEM courses to always be ready for cumulative finals. This is important to me because this is my biggest weakness when it comes to my classes. I always try to cram every unite into one study night and end up stressing out and staying up late. I can always have my notes organized by unite and even have flashcards or quizlets for vocab words. I will go over my material at least twice a week for 20 minutes. I feel like this is realistic because I know I will not want to review it every single day. I will also be adding more time as the semester goes by since it will be more and more material. I will accomplish this by setting reminders and writing it on my calendar. This goal has been thought out and it will not only benefit me in future courses but also  with my finals and midterms in my current courses. I will start this goal next week and continue it on until I graduate college if this system seems to be working. </title>

         <title>For mindfulness I will have it be simple and just give myself little check-ups. I feel like since I am super busy and on the go all the time, I never have time to actually observe my feelings and listen to what I need. I will do this by using a cute notebook and taking my time by writing down my current feelings and thoughts. I do not really want to give myself a schedule on this because I do not want to make it feel like a task and more like my own wellness time. I will assure to do this at least once every week. This will also not be a quick 2 minutes, this will be at minimum one hour. I feel like I will do a really good job at this goal because it will benefit me emotionally and mentally. I can also express and embarrass vulnerability with myself first to be bale to pass it down to others. I will start this goal this week because we are barley at the beginning of the semester and I already feel very overwhelmed.  I also feel like this goal will last for the rest of the semester and through the next school year. </title>

         <title>For giving I would like to overall donate more as in clothing and food items and volunteer more. I already volunteer a good amount but only because my sorority requires those certain amount of hours. Therefore I really think I should do more tp be more a part of the community and I could even gain more experience within my career by volunteering at the hospital as well.  I plan to do this at least once every 2-3 weeks. Then for donating I plan to do that once every 1 and a half weeks because it is a little but easier. I say 2-3 weeks for volunteering because it is kind of hard to find those opportunities at times and especially when I am not busy. I will also be keeping track of how so often I do it and having it written down on a different google document. I really hope I made it as realistic as possible. I am afraid this will be the hardest one to accomplish but I can do it. I say this is really worth my time since I can out this down on resumes when I am applying for grad school. I plan on continuing this throughout college but more when school is in session. </title>

         <title>I will have many challenges for this plan and the main challenge will be time. As I have mentioned my time is very limited but with good planning and spacing out when to do what I should be able to accomplish these goals. I also sometimes get really overwhelmed to where I just want to sit down and do nothing which is a bad coping trait. Thankfully my strengths come into place and help me. I do have good organization skills when it comes to school and personal life. Therefore I can plan out each week to know what I am doing. I also have the notebook method to know when I am about to be super overwhelmed and not plan out as much for that week. </title>

         <title>I will be working on this goal all semester long and with the mindfulness goal I will be extending that for all year, the same goes for my active goal. For my learning goal I will be reviewing every Tuesday and Thursday for the rest of the semester. For my connect goal will be only during the semester so when school is in session.          <title>On the Active goal I have been going to the gym twice-three times a week therefore I am very close to my goal. My challenge was waking up early enough before class due to me staying up late studying. Luckily my strength of having good time management helped me be able to go. So I want to change this goal to three times a week on my most busy weeks and 4 times a week on the weeks I am least busy.  For connect I have been doing great these past couple of weeks, I have attended every sister gathering that we have had for my sorority. My strength of organization really helped me. I will be keeping this plan the same with the only exception of test weeks or final weeks to take out sister time. For learn I have done an excellent job as well. For my chemistry and bio term class I have been reviewing all my old information to be ready for my tests this week and next week. Once again my organization strength helped me a lot and my challenges did not get in the way at all. I will be keeping this plan the same as well. Now for mindfulness I will be very honest, I have not checked up on myself at all and it has been very awful. I have had issues remembering and keeping up with my schedule yesterday and today. My challenges of being time scrunched and I rather be spending my free time on tik tok or social media have been challenging.  Therefore my first step for this now will be buying a little cute notebook this week. Lastly my progress update on Giving. So far I have done decent on this. I was able to donate a bag of clothes that is still very wearable. The strengths I had in this was my will to help but my weakness was kind of forgetting to keep up with it. Therefore my new change of plan is actually writing down when to do it. </title>

         <title>How does communication, your bottom line, the 7 principles of smart love, your personality, and your conflict management style affect your well-being?I say this all affects well being because if you let just one person cross your bottom line then you are capable of letting anyone cross that bottom line meaning you are losing respect for yourself. I feel like conflict management skills goes in with personality because when a conflict comes along you can either think logically, stay calm and start looking for solutions. But if your personality is different and you get irritated very fast, then you would over react first and then maybe soon start figuring out the issue. Therefore being more inpatient and angry will affect your well-being dramatically. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For the Active category I will admit for active I was only consistent with it up until 2 weeks ago I stopped going due to there being more to study. The strengths i tried using was my organization but to be honest I could have had the time but I was very exhausted. I was not successful so all the barriers took control of me lol. I will be successful after spring break by not letting my mind take over. I will make sure I go to the gym for at least 30 minutes. For the connect goals I was successful at it. I have had a lot of sister time, once every two weeks and now we have new members and I was able to spend the past two Sundays with them doing fun activities. There was really no barrier because since Sundays are sister time if there is an event I am usually more free on Sundays. So this makes my plan of action to continue having sister time on Sundays. Now for the learn category I have been very successful as well. I honestly did it a lot more days per week, at least for 2 hours everyday, 5-6 days a week. two hours of reviewing material is not that much time for chemistry especially but it is something. I had the barrier of needing to complete other homework but it did make it easier when consistently studying when it came to a test. My plan of action will be to keep it the same. The mindfulness category went well as well, although I still have not used the notebook method, I have gotten great at giving myself study breaks and knowing when it is time to save the work for the next day. I have also helped my stress by taking my self to the thrift store or Ross as a nice break. I will start the notebook method this week during spring break so that will be my plan of action! There were not many barriers since I was still able to be mindful in a way. Now the last section which is giving has not been very successful. I did keep up with it until 2 weeks ago as well. I do not have any good as in clothes to donate at the moment or canned goods but I believe my sorority will be having plenty of community service events coming up to help me complete this goal. The barrier as mentioned was not having much to donate or placed to help at the moment. My strengths that has helped with this goal are my desire to help others and I feel like I will always be fulfilling this goal <sub>in a</sub>&nbsp; way through my life.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>How do stress and perception of stress affect your well-being?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress can be good or bad. The good stress is knowing you have to do your work and can not go out until it is done. This then makes sure you have good test grades or good grades overall. Bad stress is when it YOU let it take over your entire mind and body. You have to be able to control the stress you feel and the way you see stress affects it. I can see stress as  a helpful mechanism but if I am so nervous then that stress can take over me, leading me to have a breakdown. We just have to train our minds to see stress a s a feeling we can control and as a mechanism that helps us get things done. Therefore this will then help our well being to better cope with our emotions. Now as mentioned if we let that stress take over our minds then we will become trapped in our minds and slowly dig deeper into a hole. So we have to remember to enjoy our stress and not let it take over us.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For my active goal I did fail very bad these past few weeks. I feel like my mind tells myself its either waking up early for the gym or to do homework so I end up choosing homework. I have helped staying active by helping around the house a lot and I have gone on 30 minute walks about 2-3 times a week. I feel like that has been my peace to help not stay stressed. Since school is about to end very soon I will start going 5 times a week. For now I will just go on walks and go to the gym when I can. For connect I have been doing great! I have attended all oof our outside events and really have been connected a lot more with them. I do have days where I can not attend due to tutoring or lab class but I will continue my strategy for this because it has been working very well. For learn i have been doing very well too, I do this 4 times a week. Since finals are coming up it has helped me not stress as much. Reviewing old lectures has helped me keep up with this as well. I will be using this same plan and the only barrier I had was time but I have had good time management with school. Moving onto mindfulness, I did get the notebook but have not been using it, I do check up on myself a lot more and listen to my body. Especially when doing homework I now know when to stop and do the rest the next day to a certain limit. I will slightly change this plan by using my notebook. I will start by using it 3-4 times a week, more when I am stressed. For giving I have been doing alright, not as much as I want but I can definitely do more acts of kindness. I have continuing this goal by helping my mom take out things we do not need and just donating it. I have also been volunteering on average 2 times a week. For example I helped for 2 hours doing clean up on main street last week. I want to continue by maybe complimenting people more or overall being more kind to help someones day.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>How do or will expectations, division of household labor, and costs of raising a child play into your future decisions? How could these future decisions affect your well-being? What can you do to maintain or enhance your well-being after this project is complete?<br><br>I can not express enough how helpful this class has been. I would like to start off by saying thank you for providing us this education, these are the things I was never taught in high school and my parents being immigrants and kind of just working on life as it works does not provide me with the information needed. I always knew raising a child was a lot of money and responsibility, but I have never had younger siblings or babies around me for me to be able to see all of those costs. I made me see why my parents always took money so serious in order to have some emergency money saved. Now with inflation I really do have to choose my future career carefully.  The pathway I took pays pretty good but if I end up not being able to go through with it I really have to look into another decent paying job. I also have to look into investing more in order to afford a child one day and a house. Seeing how many people can barley live from pay check to pay check scares me but in a good way, it is making me more prepared. I will start by making better financial choices right now. Therefore all of these topics will help my well being by giving me an open mind and knowing right from wrong as well as financial mistakes. Now this project will help my well being by holding my self accountable for what I need to be doing in order to make sure I am having that balance in everything. </div>]]></description>
