Rain gardens will be placed and used as a natural filtration system so the water all goes into the garden and it also helps the plants grow at the same time. For both beauty and reducing pollution we can plant trees around the parking lot.   • We can have open AC vents throughout the building to minimize energy consumption.
  • The building will be made with brick for walls because they are naturally resources.
  • There will be many trees for maximum air purification.
  • The building could contain a water purifier for the lagoon outside.
  • The building's solar panels can power the building but only at night.
  • Solar garden lights can light up the ground. Fairy lights would be used to make everything look nice while running on solar.
  • A possibility could be for kids to have an outdoor playground while others shop.
  • The border from the freeway to the building can be made out of bamboo.
  • There will be solar panels placed on the parking lot for shade and for power.
  •  We could let venders sell their products outside and those who rent can have a building.

I think that 2106 square feet is good for bigger businesses like grocery and clothing. Other miscellaneous businesses can have half that amount. The building should include two bigger stores and five smaller ones. -Cristian

    All businesses must clean their renting space at the end of the day. Health inspectors will be in regularly to check.
    Businesses that don't keep up will be kicked out of the complex. 

    All businesses will be required to sanitize regularly. Those who refuse will be forced to leave.
    Masks will always be required unless outside.

    There will be a max capacity of 35 people for each business unless it is a big one. If the business is an essential business then max capacity of 85.

    All pets will be allowed no matter what type of business. People that have disabilities like blindness or deafness need service animals.
